Marigot Bay
Marigot Bay, located on the western coast of Saint Lucia, has been called the “most beautiful bay in the Caribbean” by none other than James A. Michener and it’s hard to dispute that claim. Surrounded on three sides by emerald-colored hills, it was the dramatic setting for the 1967 classic movie Doctor Dolittle.
Marigot is indeed one of the most beautiful areas of St. Lucia, an island coveted for its natural beauty of tropical forests, waterfalls, secluded coves, long, sandy beaches, and warm, welcoming citizens.
The Marina Village at Marigot Bay has 40 berths that can accommodate yachts with 16 foot drafts. Amenities include water and electricity, a high-pressure re-fuelling facility, 24 hour security and St. Lucia Port of Entry clearance.
Flights into St. Lucia include international connections at Hewanorra International Airport, located at the south of the island, and the George FL Charles regional airport at Vigie (Castries), which services American Eagle Flights from San Juan. Marigot Bay is conveniently located five miles of Castries, making the bay an ideal location for yacht charter clients.
