Cumberland Bay, St Vincent

St. Vincent and the Grenadines, which includes Bequia, Union Island, The Tobago Cays, Petite St. Vincent and Palm Island is a favorite cruising ground for charter yachts due to its short-distance sails between islands of incomparable beauty, relatively flat seas, quiet anchorages and friendly people.

Cumberland Bay, on the leeward side of St. Vincent, is a magical anchorage with a jungle greeting the edge of the black sand beach, local fisherman working from their small row boats, boat boys selling local produce and most of all, quiet serenity.
