The season is already busy here in Turkey with some of the yacht available for crewed yacht charter already booked for 10 to 12 weeks. Missy Johnston says “We are pleased at the quality that we are seeing this year in the Greek crewed yacht charter fleet, here at Northrop and Johnson Yacht Charters, and have already seen some great new charter yachts that are now available. The Greek Islands are a terrific yacht charter location, and there is still very good availability left on outstanding charter yachts available for a crewed yacht charter vacation through the Greek Islands.”
On the last day of racing in the 2012 Heineken Regatta in February, the 100′ Nautor Swan Sailing Yacht, Virago, is shown in this video rounding the mark at Tintamarre in St. Martin on the race from Marigot to Simpson Bay. This was a sensation day of racing with 25 knot winds and 4 — 5′ seas, with Virago coming in 2nd in this race. Along with two firsts the two days before, Virago was the big Winner overall for the big boat division of the 32nd Heineken Regatta. Under charter by the winning competitors through Carolyn Titus at Northrop and Johnson Yacht Charters, a specialist Charter Broker in performance racing charters, this win by Virago proves that you too could charter a yacht and still come in First in a competitive worldwide yacht regatta.

This lovely ketch with a wood composite hull is a modern statement to the classic elegance of the traditional wooden hulled sailing yacht with a beautiful wood interior, full teak decks, brass fittings and lots of varnish. Built for 6 guests in 3 guest staterooms, each with ensuite bath, Signe has spent the summer chartering in New England and is set to sail to the Caribbean this winter and available for charter in these warm tropical breezes.
