Terms and Conditions of Booking

Northrop and Johnson remains a steadfast participant in all major charter yacht shows worldwide to ensure personal knowledge of each charter yacht. We personally inspect every yacht and, when possible, meet the captains, sample the chef's cuisine and evaluate the level of service offered by each crew.  But we don't stop there.  We also travel and personally cruise various worldwide charter locations in order to learn the best itineraries and ports.

Once you have found the right yacht and crew for your charter, you will be sent a contract package to secure your charter.  The package will  include information on the yacht, crew, the destination you will be chartering in and a suggested itinerary. We require a 50% deposit due upon signing of the contract.  The final 50% and any additional costs are payable one month before the charter commences.
