Mike has a wealth of knowledge and a list of maritime credentials in the industry, including RCA MCA Master Offshore. After meeting Lizzy and cruising around the Mediterranean; Greece, Croatia, France and the Amalfi coast they now call the British Virgin Islands their backyard. With over 100 charters in the Caribbean they are familiar with other amazing locations including St Martin-St Barths-Anguilla, Antigua-St Kitts & Nevis, Martinique-St Lucia and the unforgettable St Vincent and the Grenadines-Grenada.
Mike loves the ocean and has been sailing all his life. He likes to share his enthusiasm to everyone on board, encouraging and teaching others more about sailing. A great sense of humour combined with an open and relaxed manner, not to mention his skills behind the bar, ensures Mike gets all guests to enjoy every moment aboard.
Mike and Lizzy pride themselves on making guests feel safe. welcomed and pampered with their friendly, warm, professional approach, eye for detail leaving you with nothing to do except focus on the beauty of your surroundings and enjoy your holiday of a lifetime!
Lizzy grew up cooking with fresh local produce in her family farm kitchen before her adventurous spirit took her to university, where she learnt to sail. She traveled the world by land and sea. Her experiences influenced her cooking and expanded her repertoire. She added some finishing touches at the prestigious Ashburton Chefs Academy in the U.K., and now delights in 2 of her passions - serving up beautiful tasty food she knows her guests will adore and sailing (for which she also has the RYA MCA Master Offshore)!

We (David, Selena Kay and Sophia) instantly felt like Lady Fiona was our home after having arrived. Greg and Michelle are an amazing team and we couldn’t have imagined a better crew. No matter how many actives we wanted to do during the day, they always stayed patient, friendly and positive. We’re looking forward to see both of them next year!!!
Michelle’s Food was incredible- no restaurant was as good as her dishes, we particularly fell in love with her lobster pasta and the peach/coconut ice cream! We wish the couple all the best for the future and hope to see them soon. Much love, The Hyperactive Germans xxx
