Day 1: Start this yacht charter itinerary of the Cote d’ Azur by join your charter yacht in Nice and enjoy lunch on the aft deck as you settle in, under the warm Mediterranean sun. Motor over to Monaco (1.5 hours) and spend the evening exploring the Principality of Monte Carlo and the famous casino. Take a stroll around the tropical gardens surrounding the Grimaldi Royal Palace. Enjoy dinner on board. After dinner perhaps don semi-formal wear and head out for an evening at the Casino. Overnight dockside.

Day 2: In the morning visit the famous Oceanographic Museum. The museum is home to exhibitions and collections of various species of sea species and sea related objects, including model ships. Four thousand species of fish and over 200 families of invertebrates can be seen. The aquarium also features a presentation of Mediterranean and tropical marine ecosystems.

After cruise to Beaulieu Sur Mer to anchor and enjoy the beautiful water of the French Riviera with an afternoon of swimming and water sports. Anchor overnight.

Day 3: Cruise just a short distance to anchor off St. Jean Cap Ferrat and go ashore in the ship’s tender. Take a walk around the end of Cap Ferrat to the Villa Rothchild, today a museum. Tour the inside of the museum, for a glimpse of life inside one of these seaside villas several decades ago, and enjoy the 9 specimen gardens surrounding the Villa.

Your yacht will cruise around the end of Cap Ferrat to meet you in Villefranche. Return to the yacht anchored in Villefranche after touring the Villa Rothchild for lunch and a refreshing swim. After lunch a van can be arranged to the famous town of Eze. Explore this jewel of a medieval walled village, filled today with shops, boutiques, and artist’s galleries. Be sure to hike above Eze to the Jardin Exotique for an outstanding view of the entire Cote d’Azur. Dinner on board or perhaps on the terrace of the Chevre d’Or in Eze (reservations required). Overnight on anchor.

Day 4: After breakfast, Cruise to St Tropez (3.5 hours) to the famous Pampelonne Beach, perhaps having lunch at Club 55 (reservations required), where you never know who you might see. Enjoy the sun and sand, swimming, and having fun with water toys. Later in the afternoon cruise closer to San Tropez, perhaps right into the harbor, if dockage has been reserved.

St. Tropez is a busy cosmopolitan town with a selection of international boutiques, and no spot is busier or more colorful than right around the harbor. Explore the many alleys and streets filled with shops, boutiques, and galleries. This is a town that never sleeps, with a nightlife that continues, even just around the harbor until the wee hours and in some cases until dawn. Overnight.

Day 5: Cruise to the Iles d’ Hyeres to the Ile de Porquerolles for a day out in the islands. This is an excellent location to rent bicycles and cycle through the countryside and vineyards in the morning. Return to the yacht after several hours for lunch out on anchor and spend the afternoon enjoying the beautiful clear water, swimming, and enjoying water sports. Anchor overnight.

Day 6: Leave very early in the am while everyone is sleeping for the guests to wake up anchored off of Cannes for a lovely view of the famous Croisette while eating breakfast. Head ashore to see the location of the Cannes Film Festival and just exactly where that famous Red Carpet is during the Festival. The Old Town of Cannes has beautiful, cobbled streets to explore with an abundance of trendy boutiques.

Cruise to Juan Les Pins for the afternoon, to anchor and enjoy lunch on board. This is the perfect location for fun in the sun on the top deck and swimming in the beautiful water off of Cap du’Antibes. Overnight on anchor.

Day 7: Cruise to nearby Antibes, the town of markets. In the morning at Cours Masséna all of the stalls from 6:00am until 1:00pm are offering a wonderful and diverse range of local produce, including spices, cheese, flowers, and fruit. After a break of two hours for lunch from 3:00pm until midnight, this same location is a terrific artisan’s crafts market, where local & regional producers – painters, sculptors, ceramists, and other talented artists – showcase their artwork, every day except Mondays. Whether in the morning or afternoon until midnight, this market is a wonderful place to wander around or to sit at one of the many cafes and watch the world as it goes about its business.

Take a break from the market, and enjoy the Picasso Museum housed in a Grimaldi Palace that was built on what had been the ancient Greek Acropolis of Antipolis, then a Roman castrum, a Medieval bishopric, and finally the location was owned until 1608 by the Grimaldi family, giving the Castle its name.

Return on board to cruise back to Cap du’Antibes for a refreshing swim, and perhaps to enjoy dinner at Eden Roc (reservations required) with a view of your yacht anchored off of the restaurant. Overnight on anchor.
