Recently, when inspecting luxury charter yachts in Genoa, Italy, Northrop and Johnson Yacht Charters was invited to an outstanding lunch on the 167’ Benetti Motor Yacht “Rima II” with Italian Chef, Andrea Musetti. This charter Motor Yacht is available for charter in the Western Mediterranean this coming summer, and is comfortable for up to 12 guests in 7 guest staterooms, all with ensuite bath, and a crew of 10 including the Captain and Chef Andrea.
Rima II Appetizer Shrimp Salad
For lunch, we were treated to a light starter of a shrimp salad, on top of greens and avocado puree, stabbed through with spear of crunchy prosciutto.
Seared Fresh Grouper and Asparagus
The main course, was fresh red snapper, served on top of spring fresh asparagus, and a potato tarte tatin, all swimming in a lovely white wine butter sauce.
Passionfruit Cheesecake with Passionfruit Caviar
Desert was a refreshing slice of passion fruit cheese cake, topped with bitter sweet chocolate medallions, raspberries, and passion fruit juice “caviar”.
Would we recommend Rima II with Chef Andrea for a crewed #yachtcharter in the Western Mediterranean for this coming summer? Absolutely!
