An amazing four course luncheon served on sailing yacht Regina

The stunning 183′ sailing yacht REGINA wowed Northrop-Johnson Yacht Charters at the 2016 Antigua Charter Yacht Show serving an excellent luncheon especially created for industry yacht charter brokers showcasing that which Regina serves as outstanding tasty cuisine on board every yacht charter.

Chef Muharrem Kaya, who started working in kitchens at the age of 16, began the meal with a delicious Tuna Tartare on a bed of ripe Avocado. The second course was delectable homemade Seafood Tortellini followed by a mouth-watering Rack of Lamb with Lobster Medallions.  The perfect desert course, a light Pavlova with pomegranate seeds, closed the meal.  Each course was accompanied by an excellent wine choice as chosen and served by the yacht’s head Steward.  Chef Muharrem’s talent and over 10 years of experience preparing delicious cuisine on charter yachts showed as each course was a terrific taste treat.

Sailing yacht REGINA can accommodate 12 guests in 6 staterooms.  Each stateroom has a full ensuite bath stocked with luxury bath products. Gleaming mahogany wood paneling gives a warm luxurious feel to the interior.  There is a very spacious main salon, and many exterior deck areas providing several outdoor dining locations along with great areas for sunning and relaxation.  Additional amenities such as WiFi, Satellite TV, and plenty of water toys make REGINA an excellent choice for luxury yacht charter in Croatia, the Western Mediterranean or the Caribbean.
